• Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm One Business Directory or the interests or property of the website users
• Copy, modify, or distribute any other person's or company's content without their consent
• Use any robot spider, scraper or other automated means to access the website to collect content for any purpose without our permission
• Harvest or otherwise collect information about One Business Directory registered users, including email addresses, without their consent
• Copy, modify or distribute rights or content from One Business Directory web site, content, copyrights and trademarks
• Bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to onebusinessdirectory.com.

You are solely accountable for all information that you submit to One Business Directory and any consequences that may result from your business listing. One Business Directory administrators have the right at their own discretion to refuse delete or edit content that they believe is inappropriate or breaching the above terms. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user's usage of One Business Directory either temporarily or permanently, or remove newly registered users and businesses.

If we believe that you are breaching these Terms of Use in any way and or behaving suspiciously, we may, at our discretion deactivate your account.

Abusing One Business Directory

One Business Directory and our users work together to keep the website safe. You can use the Report a problem with this listing link, found at the bottom of each business profile, to report a problem with a listing, such as :

• The business doesn't exist
• The business has closed, ceased trading or is currently inactive
• The is spam, fake or offensive
• The business is duplicate of another listing
• The business is listed under the wrong category
• The business has copyright violation
• The business name is wrong
• The business address is wrong
• The business website doesn't exist, wrong website or it redirects to another website
• The business phone is wrong and doesn't answer

Fees

Using onebusinessdirectory.com is free. We only charge for featuring businesses.

Liability

Nothing in these terms shall limit our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our agents or employees. You agree not to hold us responsible for things other users post or do.

In no event do we accept liability of any description for the posting of any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent information, or material of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence in the UK, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law.

You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee continuous, error-free or secure access to our services or that defects in the service will be corrected. While we will use reasonable efforts to maintain an uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee this and we do not give any promises or warranties (whether express or implied) about the operation and availability of our website.

Release

If you have a dispute with one or more One Business Directory users, you release us and anyone related to onebusinessdirectory.comfrom any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

General

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects by the laws of England and Wales

We may update this agreement at any time, with updates taking effect when you next post or 30 days after we post the updated policy on the Gumtree website, whichever is sooner. No other amendment to this agreement will be effective unless made in writing, signed by users and by us.
